Control and visualization

Vollert Precast Solutions is extremely familiar with control systems. In our own automation department, we cover the entire spectrum from electrical design and construction to PLC and visualisation programming. Externally, we have partners available with whom we have been working together successfully for decades now and with whom we have produced hundred of plants for the manufacture of precast concrete components.

In order to increase the security of the planning, our experts can run plant simulations and visualisations before the controller has even been built. Of course, all the controllers that are supplied by us are installed by our specialists worldwide, put into operation, and the personnel trained. We can support you with remote maintenance in operation of the unit or plant on request, and we are always happy to help you if problems occur.
