Run-off systems

The run-off system is used to transport the precast concrete parts from the circuit area to the storage area. A number of different types of run-off trucks can be used, depending on the product, the local conditions and the further handling of the transport plants: simple transfer carriages, run-off lifting carriages or systems with two or three built-in transverse lifting carriages.

The use of auxiliary cradles is required when transporting upright precast concrete parts.

For the shipping of precast elements as well as for internal handling around the production plant we can supply a wide variety of set-down racks and transport vehicles with sub-axle or swivel-pin steering.

We can develop purpose-built products, such as heavy duty models or hoists to customer specifications. High quality, robust parts and components minimise wear and ensure that outage and maintenance costs are kept low.
