Cleaning and oiling

Additional devices such as shuttering and pallet cleaners and oilers optimise the manufacturing process and reduce the amount of manual intervention required in the production cycle.

The pallet cleaner cleans the surfaces of the pallet of any traces of concrete sticking to it.

This is done with scrapers, strip-type brushes, roller brushes or pot brushes. The pallet oiler ensures that the casing pallet is automatically sprayed with formwork oil. Shuttering cleaners and oilers clean and oil the shuttering profiles so that it can be brought back automatically or manually into a new cycle.
